Objectives / Goals: -


1 - Contributing to the achievement of the objectives of public administration of the facilities through good planning and performance improvement

 

2 - Follow the modern techniques in planning, implementation and follow-up of all the management processes of public facilities


3 - Take advantage of the standard of international quality system and apply them to reality


4 - Polarization of qualified manpower specialized in - the field of creative planning for all projects and the work of the General Administration of facilities

 

Tasks: -


1 - Preparation of future scenarios to improve the performance of public administration of the facilities, and planning for such operations in accordance with international quality standards

 

2 - Develop a future plan to modernize and improve the work of maintenance of facilities and buildings and renovations of the city university


3 - Preparation of the operational programs that aim to improve and develop services in the University City


4 - Preparation of plans designed to respond to crises and disaster emergency to maintain a healthy environment for all facilities of the University City

 

5 - Subscribe with departments concerned in the management of public facilities through the development of implementation mechanisms aimed at improving performance in the administrative and financial  works and in the housing of employees of the university staff and doctors, and create work programs

 

6 - To form specialized committees to follow-up according to standards of quality to the works of facility maintenance and repairs, and cleaning, and the works of agriculture, and the works of the movement and maintenance of vehicles and processing’s of housing of employees of the university

 

7 - The establishment of a specialized supreme committee to supervise and follow-up on the works of the specialized committees that were formed

 

8 - Department of Planning and quality carry out the analysis and discussion of the reports referred to it from all of the specialized committees and the High committee so as to prepare a corrective action of the negative aspects that reveal by them, and the preparation of preventive measures for the lack of any problems in the future to improve and update and develop the future plans

 

9 - Modernization and development of technical, administrative and financial specifications for contracts of maintenance and services to cope with the needs of University City to improve its levels and form of aesthetic

 

10 - Monitor the implementation of the responsibilities and authority for all engineers, technicians and craftsmen from employees of the General Administration of facilities


11 - Requiring contractors in terms of the contracts for the rapid removal of remnants of restoration, cleaning waste - and waste of the agriculture

 

12 - Contractors requiring the application of safety procedures and instructions, while the implementation of the work assigned to them - as measures of prevention to problems that may occur during work

 

 13 - preparation of periodic reports on the plans that have been implemented and its advantages and disadvantages and plans being implemented in the administration, and to be forwarded to the Supervisor of Public Administration of the facilities, and to discuss these reports in an expanded meeting of the General Directorate of the facilities, to identify deficiencies and correct them, and limit the positive and optimize them.
