Introduction:

The aim of the Facilities Management Department is to develop a clear vision on the uses of university's facilities of current and future needs associated with them. And  complete the implementation of the university city and affiliates in terms of infrastructure and equipment, buildings and facilities.  As well as maintaining the university's facilities and affiliates in terms of maintenance, operation, restoration and rehabilitation. The Department of rationing costs of operations and maintenance in the university city . and attracting and training qualified specialist . and also trying to be the General Administration of facilities house expertise in the field of maintenance, operation and restoration and rehabilitation facilities . and the application instructions and quality procedures in the work of the General Administration of facilities and its departments


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation of the annual plan for preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance and implementation.
  • The application of modern systems and techniques appropriate and effective for the maintenance and operation of buildings and facilities, university towns and locations.
  • Preparation programs required to maintain the infrastructure of the university campus and take the necessary measures to ensure their implementation.
  • Modernization and development of technical specifications for maintenance contracts for facilities and oversee their implementation.
  • Strengthen and update various types of nursery plants to decorate the facilities the University internal and external.
  • Maintenance of cultivated areas and improve the university level display them as aesthetic.
  • Supervising the operation and maintenance of facilities, buildings, utilities, repairs, cleaning and agriculture.
  • Preparation of the estimates of the budgets of public administration of the facilities.
  • Evaluate the performance of departments and general management staff of the facilities.
  • Preparation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to cases of non-compliance and violations and drawbacks.
  • Create a database and information on the work of every department of.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the work of management and departments.
